We collect data necessary for the operation of the service and the contractual relationship:

• User account: email, name, password (encrypted), avatar if provided.
• Projects and content: descriptions, prompts, code and metadata of the projects you create.
• Payments: billing and subscription information (securely processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Technical usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, errors (via Vercel, Sentry, Microsoft Clarity) for reliability and service improvement.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed for: contract performance (service delivery), subscription and support management, product and security improvement, compliance with legal obligations. Processing is based on contract performance, your consent where required (cookies, analytics) and our legitimate interest (security, analytics, support).

4. Subcontractors and transfers

We use providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, auth, payment, analytics): Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Sentry (error tracking), Microsoft Clarity (analytics and UX). They are chosen for their privacy and security guarantees. Some may be located outside the EU; appropriate safeguards (standard clauses, adequacy decisions) are in place.

5. Retention period

Account and project data is retained while your account is active, then for a reasonable period for legal obligations and dispute resolution. Billing data is retained in accordance with accounting and tax obligations. Logs and technical data are retained for a limited period (per our internal policies and legal requirements).

6. Your rights (GDPR)
